How to activate your warranty service
- Log into your Amazon account and find your Karite order number (format: 123-1234567-1234567).
- Click the button below to send your information to our support email: admin@karite.net.cn.
- We will assign a dedicated support agent to activate your warranty and answer any follow-up questions.
We will send your warranty card to this email once your warranty is activated.
Please make sure KARITE emails are not sorted into the spam folder so that you don't miss our reply.
